Yeah they give you a spare, but it does not instill confidence. The other plastic bit is the block where an ar15 charging handle would. I have 400ish rounds through it, maybe more now that i think about it. I would have to check its book. It shoots fine, eats everything.

I bought it for my NFA C5 lower, but found it needs some milling to accept MP5 magazines. It’s going to my gunsmith this week. I like the reversible charging handle. It makes operation much easier as lefty. It cycles smoothly, and I saw no defects in the finish.
